The house is surrounded by boganvilla, mango, tamarind, citrus, rubber, clove, and native forest trees. For those interested in ecological architecture design and engineering, the property is equipped with an innovative "biofilter" that processes sewage from the house and converts it to grey water for plant irrigation purposes. The result is double usage of the water resource and zero contamination of soil and ground water. |

It's high ceilings, clay tile roof, thick stone walls and myriad windows on a breezy hill provides a cool, comfortable, relaxing haven free of mosquitos and air conditioners. The beach offers a diverse variety of natural tide pools along with open surf, creating a safe and enjoyable refuge for the entire family.
